➞ The property has all the amenities needed to ensure you have a great stay . There is a spacious sofa bed in the living room which is perfectly positioned in front of the flat screen TV- with Netflix complimentary so you can binge watch your favourite show in style.
➞ You have at your disposal a modern kitchen with a dining area in the lounge. This is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge with a freezer compartment, kettle plus more.
➞ There is a newly refurbished
bathroom on every floor, You can also enjoy yourself in the lovely garden which is perfect during summer time for a BBQ.
➞ There are 4 separate bedrooms, three rooms have double beds and one room has 2 twin beds . Room 1 has an inbuilt wardrobe with an en-suite , room 2 has a working desk and a flat screen TV . All rooms have bedside tables and an area to hang your clothes.

It is important to not that the top floor bathroom is situated in a way that makes it difficult for tall guests. The ceiling height in the bath means that the top floor bathroom may be more suited for bubble baths rather than standing shower / baths *please look at photo *.
There is an en-suite shower room and this shower can be used by all!
