Summary: We loved the pool and yard area. The AC worked well. The breakfast was good. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The location was nice--not in the middle of the city, which has pros and cons, but it was pretty close so you can easily walk in, or Grab taxis were quick and cheap as well. We had dinner one night at a little restaurant across the street that was very enjoyable, and there's a coffee stand a little down the road. I was a little worried before arriving based on other online reviews that mentioned mold, and I do see why they did. We rented the private villa. There are definitely areas where maintenance and cleanliness could be improved, but we're not picky people and so it was fine for a few days. The kitchen was kind of gross, though, but we didn't use it. I may have been more frustrated if we'd been there longer. There was mold on the floor in the upstairs bedroom and the upstairs balcony. There was ceiling damage and mold in a few rooms. The shower heads in 2 of 3 baths sprayed all over the place. Two of the steps going upstairs need repair. The sheets and bedding were clean. The sofa cushions were ok inside, but we did not sit on the sofa on the upstairs balcony because it was gross. For price paid and only 3 nights, it was fine for us. We spent most of our time in the pool or elsewhere anyway.
