- Small kitchenette equipped with a full-size fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, air fryer, and hot plate (please note the kitchenette does not have a sink, but there is a sink in the bathroom for washing up and a dishwasher in the laundry room).
- Laundry room with washer/dryer, dishwasher, and iron + ironing board.
- Water bowl and waste bin for your furry companion.
- Large coffee table for dining in the living area or outdoor table and chairs if you'd like to enjoy the fresh air while you eat.

All pictured rooms are fully private and for your exclusive use.
Please note: access to the laundry room is through the garage, which I may occasionally need to access. I’ll always do my best to respect your privacy and give notice if needed.

Welcome to use the firepit and feel free to gather any deadfall on the property..
Kettle bbq also available with utensils and lighting material provided, please let me know if you would like charcoal provided too for an extra fee or feel free to bring your own.
Please also note if checking-in after dark, its a rural area and not super well-lit - there are outdoor sensor lights round the front for parking but you may want the flashlight on your phone to get around to the porch entrance (if you let me know you're checking in late I can leave the porch light on for you).
If you'd like an early check-in or late check-out, please send me a message beforehand and I'll always try to accommodate where possible. As the guesthouse needs time to prepare between guests, availability depends on scheduling. When available, early check-in and late check-out are charged at $15 per hour.
