On weekends, breakfast is served in the Bagel Boys Restaurant next door. Rainwater is collected and used to flush the toilets. Heat pumps utilize waste heat from a nearby data center for heating and hot water. Solar panels on the roof cover approximately 40% of the guest house's electricity consumption.
