Positive: This place is truly special. Staying here feels like stepping into history the atmosphere is unique and beautifully connected to the heritage of Villeroy & Boch. It’s the perfect place to slow down, relax, and enjoy the surroundings. The staff were absolutely wonderful incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. They made us feel comfortable from the very first moment and truly elevated the whole experience. We also booked a table for dinner and were deeply impressed. The dishes were excellent and beautifully presented, and the service during dinner was simply outstanding. Everything was just perfect. If you want to relax and experience the history of Villeroy & Boch in a very special setting, you should definitely stay here.
