Summary: We didn't have an unpleasant stay but there are several things that would have improved our rating. Lighten things up: everything is dark, walls are black, flooring is dark and lighting in the room is not the best. Provide a bottle of water daily: one complimentary bottle of water is provided. After that, you need to pay from the mini-bar; seems like supplying a bottle of water per day would be an inexpensive way for customer satisfaction. Location is good but: on weekends, it is very noisy if your room is overlooking the street. The bar scene is just one block over and people are loud going home; wearing ear plugs help. You hear traffic noise as well. Things of note: Coffee: the coffee machine in lobby does not have drinks with milk like a cappuccino. They do provide real cream in small plastic cups. Breakfast: costs 12 euro and is only cold items. We did not go so really don't know what that meant but didn't want to find out for 12e. Laundry facilities: is listed as an amenity but is a laundry service. Both are listed but facilities implies self-service and should be removed. The good: it is clean, the shower pressure is good, staff was nice, lighting in the bathroom was good, A/C was good.
