Positive: Easy to find. It's literally 30 seconds from the bus stop, served frequently from the main station in Kutná Hora. Communication beforehand was good, like pre check in, and the arranged arrival time. There was coffee and tea at any time you wanted, a mini bar in the room, and optional local wine in a fridge in the breakfast room. Staff were friendly and helpful.
