Positive: We loved staying here while visiting Naples! The room was beautiful, location was perfect for city exploring, and staff was very helpful. We did not know this location was the perfect spot to stay for exploring the new city and old city. We would definitely stay here again.

Negative: This room overlooks the mall below. At times there was a lot of noise coming from the mall while large crowds walked through and morning cleaning. While this was a minor inconvenience, we absolutely loved it here and would definitely stay again.

Summary: Beautiful room in the heart of Naples, great for city exploring.
