Summary: The room was so noisy that we couldn't sleep at all the first night and we had to work the next day. We requested to be moved and they moved us to the 6th floor which was better but it was not graciously given to us. The room was also so hot and we could not turn off the heat. We couldn't open the window because of the noise and the room was overly hot. There are no phones in the rooms so if you have an issue you must go downstairs to the front desk which s a total pain. We also did not like that out of 3 nights 4 days, we only got clean room and towels twice!!! The breakfast was decent but we missed it because we did not sleep and ended up sleeping past it. I would not recommend this hotel.
