Summary: Short stay for a long layover and room was clean and spacious for our family of 4. Staff in front desk not very friendly at all. There was a man who yelled at me for asking about a taxi his partner ordered for me and said 2 minute wait. After 10-15 min I approached desk to see if they can see an ETA and first he ignored me while having a conversation and not acknowledging I was standing there . A couple came and skipped me and he was willing to help them until I said excuse me I have been waiting. I asked if he can check ETA of taxi and he started yelling and flipping the screen for me to see that the cab is 5-7 min away and they’ll get there when they get there. I politely said thank you I was just asking because I don’t know how things for there since it was my first visiting. Super hostile and not friendly guy.
