Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Excellent facility and comfortable. First time my partner has had some good deep sleep. She benefitted enormously from that and the massage tredatments. Staff were very super friendly and helpful in the spa, restaurant and shop. One of the most relaxing holidays for us. Spa aufguss were very good and to be recommended.

Negative: A few minor problems in the rooms. One light not working, bath not retaining water. We told reception but they were still not fixed during our stay. As a spa it was disappointing quite a few people didn't embrace the true spa ethic. Also not the signs regarding use of phones in what should have been a digital free zone.
